A Mod is a customized version of a standard watch. The term "MOD" comes from "modification". These modifications are generally made for those who wish to personalize their watch according to their specific tastes or needs. Modifications can vary considerably, from minor aesthetic changes to more complex technical revisions. What makes Seiko Mod watches particularly amenable to modification is the wide availability of spare parts. This abundance of components enables a wide range of customization, making each Seiko Mod watch unique.

Each custom timepiece is hand built To ensure the highest possible standards, we have a lead time up to 1 week from the date of order to shipment. This allows us to carry out the necessary quality control procedures and ensure that your watch is made to your satisfaction.
All orders placed through our website are subject to the given lead time even if the item is shown as "In stock".
Each watch is assembled by hand piece by piece in a completely handmade way by an expert with more than 10 years of experience.

Every watch manufactured in our workshop comes with a free one year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and operating problems under normal use. For added peace of mind, you can also purchase a 2-year warranty extension. However, it does not cover scratches, damage from opening the watch, or water resistance issues, as our watches are not designed for swimming or similar activities. To ensure the longevity of your watch, we recommend avoiding such activities.

The warranty only covers defects in the movement, it does not cover any other part of the watch*

We offer delivery worldwide. All our watches are assembled and shipped from our workshop in the US
For international shipments outside the U.S, the estimated delivery time is between 7-12 days.
For deliveries within the U.S, the delivery time is 4-8 business days.
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, we will systematically send you your tracking number by email. This will enable you to follow the progress of your order at every stage of the delivery process, for a transparent and reassuring experience.

You can return the item within 14 days of receipt if it is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
We also offer exchanges at no additional cost if there are any issues with the delivery or if you receive a damaged package.

Yes! Our watches allow for interchangeable straps or bracelets, you can easily switch them out to change the overall look of your watch.

Assembly: Each watch is carefully assembled within 2–4 business days.

Quality Control: Once assembly is complete, we dedicate an additional 1–3 business days to thorough testing and inspection to ensure flawless performance.

Shipping: After passing all quality checks, your watch is dispatched, with delivery typically taking 4–8 business days.

From start to finish, the entire process usually takes 7–15 business days (Monday–Friday), allowing us to uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship before your watch arrives.

Shipping is completely free, and all applicable import duties and taxes are already included in the purchase price—there are no hidden fees or additional charges upon delivery.
